Say it to someone who matters in your life. They won’t laugh when you tell them that you’re NOT OK.
Believe it or not, lots of us aren’t always OK. Some days are more OK than others.
Sometimes *I’m* NOT OK. And that’s OK. Because today I’m bloody awesome!
I have witnessed the shocking reality of someone who really wasn’t OK. When the police knocked on our door and removed their hats and asked if they could come inside.
I beg you. Please talk to someone if you’re NOT OK. Even if it’s in an email to some random blogger who has a rainbow tattoo on her tailbone. The world is a shite place sometimes, but we’re all in it together. Sharing lightens the load, yeah?
All it takes is saying to someone, hey, I’m NOT OK.
